Genghis Khan (known in Mongolia as Chinggis) once ruled everything between the Pacific Ocean and the Caspian Sea.His exceptional military successes made Genghis Khan one of the most important conquerors of all time.Some say the the Legend of Genghis Khan starts with his death.Upon his death, a grieving army carried his body home killing anyone it met to hide the route.When the emperor was finally laid to rest, his soldiers rode 1,000 horses over his grave to destory any remaining trace.Upon his death he asked to be buried in secret.The Mongolian army put all efforts to honour a warrior's final wish.In the about 800 years since his death , this tomb has not been found.Many Archaeologist tried to find the tomb.
